The hotel was very clean, and the room was cozy. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. The hotel location was very convenient. We were able to walk to the Christmas market, and the staff provided us with a map and directions, which was very helpful.
Our experience was not all positive. The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful.

This place is in a good spot, close to where we needed to be and with some nice surroundings. the room we stayed in was cozy and the bed very comfortable, plus everything seemed very clean and tidy. the staff was helpful and obliging, which was great when we needed some extra items for our room.
The bar was not very comfortable, with harsh lighting and not much atmosphere.

The staff were really helpful and showed exceptional customer service. the location was perfect for our needs, and the facilities were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Our experience wasn't perfect. When we arrived, there were not enough towels and pillows in our room.
